Dinosaur - Mineral Board                                           

Mineral Board is used for wall decoration in villa, Residential Building, Office Building,
Hotel, Restaurant, TV. Studio, Hospital, Schools, and hi-tech office buildings.

Steps for fabrication:

  • Before fabrication, wipe clean the back side of the board.

  • On the surface of the wooden angle frame, place one piece of    plywood or fire-proof board.

  • Apply white glue (polyvinyl Acetate Emulsion) or reinforced glue to the plywood or fire-proof board.

  • Pave the Mineral Board and nail it with a single nail to fix it on the four corners. Wait until the Mineral Board is closely attached to the plywood or the fire-proof board before commencing the fabrication.

  • When the Mineral Board is used for outer wall board, then apply transparent water-proof
    paint on it after fabrication.
